Sounds like it mine that went to molt early are just now laying again buy 6 year olds are laying every other day now 6 today main coop 2 in silkie coop

I got 8 eggs for Friday - 6 from the pen and 2 from the cage.
Then I got 11 eggs for Saturday - 7 from the pen, 3 from the cage, and 1 from group #3. I am so shocked I got a green egg, I thought white rocks lay brown eggs

You must be right, they came from meyer and they added an additional one and I assumed that it was a white rock like the ones I ordered

They do, I have 3 of them and now 5 EEs. Meyer hasn't ever sent me an extra but if you have all WRs but one, it is likely an EE. I once got an EE from them that was nearly pure white as a chick, just a hint of apricot on her head. She added more apricot as she matured and was a very pretty bird.
