3 for 3 today. I mayyyy have a broody. She laid an egg a few hours ago, but has been sitting on different fake eggs all day and has been bitey. We’ll see what happens. I know she makes a good mom, but I’m not sure if I should let her hatch. The weather is going to be cooling down pretty soon here, and the only fertile eggs I’m getting are pullet eggs.

4 from 6 hens. one is starting to molt and one has for a week been disappearing into the neighbours garden to lay. got to have a word with them...

tbh i have about 40 eggs in the house already, if they lay any more i may well turn into an egg with the amount i eat.

I've been gone for a few days! I got home to 17 eggs brought in today out of 16 hens...lol! I think something was missed yesterday. Some of my girls have decided to lay in unassigned places!

Still no eggs, they are nearly 20 weeks now, but one of my chickens did the "squat" today. She (a Leghorn x New Hampshire) doesn't have any sign of laying a egg apart from that.
