How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

50 today.

Still no eggs, they are nearly 20 weeks now, but one of my chickens did the "squat" today. She (a Leghorn x New Hampshire) doesn't have any sign of laying a egg apart from that.

But that's a good sign that you will soon have eggs...some take a little longer to start laying than others!

4 yesterday and 6 today. Well 8 actually, but 2 were thin shells on the poop board. I think Dotty is the one that lays a tiny egg in the boss (Glyness) pullet's favorite box once in a while.

Just smushed thin shells today. My barred rock pullet sat in a box for a while but didn’t lay an egg. She’s been very consistent since she started laying though so I guess she’s earned a day off.

10 eggs today! My Sapphire Olive Egger...Miss Madeline laid a 67g egg today, it's probably a double yolk!
