got 6 again today ( although my son ate one already) but a new one has started i think. the one thats really light colored with speckles.could that be my easter egger? shes been squatting and checkin out the boxes

One. Unless I let them out too early, and they were too lazy to return to the coop, and there's an egg freezing somewhere under the porch! But probably just the 1 egg. Sigh.

I sympathize. I've one baby who still roosts in the nest boxes. Not even just one box - there's poop in a different one each morning.

It's making me crazy! I have 5 of them and when they're not in there partying and pooping keeping the layers from getting in, they're pecking the eggs. Aggghhh!!!!
