I had a hen that consistently laid extra jumbo eggs like that but I believe she passed away this winter. She laid this size consistently for several years! I never did figure out which hen it was. I just know that I am not getting any of those size this year and that several hens from that coop passed away over the winter.

Oh, I got 20 eggs today from 23 layers!
