Yesterday l got 1 out of 5 ,but that's the 3rd week now that the first started laying.
Maybe I make them nervous because I am always around the Coop.

I had 3 of them in the same box this morning. It better be a good day for eggs!!!

I had a hen that consistently laid extra jumbo eggs like that but I believe she passed away this winter. She laid this size consistently for several years! I never did figure out which hen it was. I just know that I am not getting any of those size this year and that several hens from that coop passed away over the winter.

Oh, I got 20 eggs today from 23 layers!

I get 3 eggs a day from my 14 hens but that is because 9 of them are not laying yet.
