pollipazzi's 365 project

Pics
ok. i'm really sorry. lol! i will hopefully be going to cooler places soon, but today was just shopping, and that's not cool. at the last minute before dark i got this pic of a little robin redbreast just to post something for today.

That's ok! Think of it more as a "slice of life" project! Things in life aren't super exciting like 80-90% of the time.

Heirloom tomatoes are what I need to plan out. I have quite the seed collection, but last year I never got around to planting and we bought all our plants. This year I’m determined to follow through!
tomatoes are my favourite. it's iffy growing them here. they need to be in a greenhouse (peppers and cucumbers too) so i cram too many in because i have high hopes. but i often get blight and not a great harvest. certain varieties (not all favourites) do much better. but i'd rather a not great tomato than no tomato at all.
getting started is the hardest part for sure.
i was so overwhelmed just looking through all the seeds šŸ˜‚

i'm resorting to a chicken picture today.

this is not their run, but a pop up gazebo that i got as a temporary extension to give them a little more wiggle room. there's a bird flu lockdown here in ireland. (i supervise when they are in there)

i try to give them time in the greenhouse for a while every day for a change of scenery (and there's lots of big pots in there. they love big pots). but today, i tidied up the greenhouse and the run, so the bird flu fort it was.
also, i heard a fox screaming very close to my house last night. i worry about him coming around during the day. it's about that time, isn't it?

anyway. this is my "flock".
thelma and louise. the rogue, partly feral chickens that just appeared one day and took over my life šŸ˜‚

They seem to do that, don’t they? Take over your life I mean. I know mine did!
