second day of 4 / 4. Well I have 5 birds now, for those who may be following me a bit, but new one not laying yet, not sure what her issues (because being psychotic. but more on that later) Everyone seems happy, a rat set them off yesterday, which luckilly got caught about an hour later in one of the glue traps I got set out.

WHy can't the darned hawks eat the rats and mice and moles instead of harrassing the chickens? God needs to make a rat owl, it only eats rats mice and moles, and LOVES chickens, .. oh and while he's at custom designs for birds. How about a volume control for cockatoo's too

One of my pullets caught a mouse the other day. She ran around playing keep away for a few minutes, then she swallowed it whole.

Yes i did ..i saved up 12 double yoke eggs since they look sooo cool and i cnt put them in the tray to sell. I scrambled 10 and fried 2. Very delicious

Soft boiled in the shell with buttered toast cut into sticks. My favorite!! My grandmother would make that for me almost every day.

Sounds mouth watering. I will try that today. I was to busy eatting them in our traditional chickens stew called "doro wat" you would be amazed how good it tastes. If u have an Ethiopia restaurant near you should totally try it.
