How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

5 out of 6 hens and chicken sitting for happyhens I got 7 eggs from her girls. we baby sit and our payment is we keep the eggs get from their hens it works out great sence we only live 1/2 mile or less from each outher

We got 4 eggs today, between 8 hens..... Rooster is strutting his stuff all the time lol. They are five months old right now, healthy little buggers too.

Only got one today Peaches of course and I broke it before I even got it in the house. LOL better luck tomarrow maybe.

I have no idea how many laying hens I have because i have so many pullets that are "of age" to lay eggs. But anyway, I only got 18 eggs today.

I've gotten 20 eggs since the 10th of June from my sweet cornish cross 'meat' chicken. She's a tyson escapee & no way I could eat her!
The best part is she has gotten in the habit of coming to the door to tell me about her egg, then leading me to the prize!
Omlet is a sweet pet.
I understand this isn't bad for a cornish rock, her eggs are HUGE & brown.

We are on a low here, they seem to cycle. We will get 7/7 for a while, and then we will get 5-6/7, and then a little lower down to 3-4 a day and then back up to 7/7. Is this normal? They are 1 year old red sex links and white rocks.

I've had 2 for 2 possible everyday for the last 2 weeks! I can't wait till my 2 juvies add to it! They will be 18 weeks tomorrow so it could be any day now.......or a month..........lol. One looks like she is ready comb and wattles are red, the other is coming along slower. Her comb is not as big but what is there and her tiny little wattles are starting to turn pink finally.
