How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

9 today, my Cuckoo Orp layed her first proper egg this spring(it's still winter actually, but feeling spring-ish)

It's morning here, and ours are lunchtime onwards layers, usually. Yesterday we had 7 eggs from 7 layers (4 NHRs and 3 Barbezieux).

That's a change from the 1 or 2 egs we had in the heat for the past few weeks. The chickens look healthier too! Cooled down some, here. there's a constant breeze now - still had no rain for weeks!

Spoke too soon - it became hot again this afternoon... 4 eggs today.
