Haha. 15 hens (aging 1-8 years old) and I got 2 eggs. It is winter here though

6 yesterday. And I think my FBCM is almost ready to lay again after her broody stint. No more black feathers in the coop in the morning, and she is getting LOUD. I do miss her dark speckled eggs, they have the best artwork of them all.

One of my oldest hens died she was like 10.
Getting tired of 3 eggs from the big girls.
Seems they do not like the heat. Banty had 3 of 5.
