How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Sounds like some of my older girls, I just scramble them up and they are tasty

Mine are only 7 months old now. I guess their egg laying apparatus is still working out the kinks.

One of my Azur Blues is thinking she would be a good broody mama - umm NO! Maybe next summer lovely lady.

Yea next spring or summer would be great. I have a couple marans and Easter Eggers that are 17 weeks old now I plan to breed for colored eggs once they are old enough. But I don’t want any babies in the cold months.

7 nice ones today, unless the slacker gets into gear and gives me the egg she owes me for all the food she gets!

Just 2 today. That’s the least I’ve gotten since they started laying. Still have about 5 dozen fresh and 6 or seven dozen water glassed on hand

Three yesterday, two today.

Yesterday I took 2 dozen eggs to work, for two coworkers. I had left one egg at home. I now am back to a half dozen at home, more than enough for breakfast for the two of us, even if we're hungry.

7 today, one a great big jumbo. The first jumbos I was getting were always double yolkers. Now they have a single large yolk in them.
