Just 1 today. I think my EE started her molt. Let’s see how long the Marans can go, she had a of mini-molt from brooding her chicks.

Caught two of my pullets in the nest box rolling around the fake eggs. Hopefully they can take over soon! 20 weeks isn’t too early I don’t think…

None today. But my grandson gathered eggs for me, so I'll go out and double check in a little while.

I did not get an eighth egg today, so 7 it was. I gave them several handfuls of grain scratch a little while before roosting/bed time. Need to pick up another bag one of these days because there's not much left.

I went out and checked, no eggs hiding anywhere, so zero today. My ladies might be done until spring.
