Yum! We like our fritatta with bacon and cheddar. Now I'm craving for some but I promised my husband beef stew for supper.

Sounds like tomorrow is fritatta day, then!

I got 6 yesterday and 6 today.
We have a bunch of eggs from this week so I made a big tray of deviled eggs to go with supper tonight. Put some home made chopped pickles in them.

My biggest three do not lay as one is a Mule Duck and the other two are the Rouens, one her Mother. They are also my tamest and the ones I love the most so they are here to stay even though they probably eat the most food too. I totally understand lawn ornaments. lol

I actually couldn’t care less if they laid eggs they are are just so much darn fun!

Got 21 eggs today, though 2 I found while hunting for eggs. Unknown when they were laid….

Got about 7 and we've come out of our deep freeze so I think I made it without having to buy any this year! Yeah. I feel like spring is on the way FINALLY!
I love giving my eggs as gifts when we visit.
