How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

3 out of four today. My sis got an egg from Bossy earlier. I checked after I got home from a half day at work and found an egg in the “chicken hospital” with Flossy and a Banty egg from Goldie in the coop. Jade is in broody Banty protocol, so she’s squawking her displeasure at every opportunity.

Three, broke one, found another, so four... but noticed one slightly covered with straw in a hard-to-reach location, five...broke it trying to get it.

So 5...3 made it to the egg tray. The one that was hidden might have been from yesterday.

Baby chicks got scrambled eggs for dinner.
