How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

2 just now, one was banded. But one rolled off the rack and busted when I put them in the fridge.
*Sis said she found an egg with a flat side when she got home. I was expecting some kind of weird egg after the banded egg appeared.

I do! I’m planning on redoing my coop and expanding a bit so I can get some more girls. Who knows when that’ll happened though… lol.
One step at a time and before you know it you’re there!

I also have stuff I need doing, takes forever to get stuff done doesn’t it?

Today I got 12 eggs, one is from my wee silkie pullet. Mrs Little Chicken where are you laying your eggs? She’s my OEGB bantam.

Safeguard Goat Dewormer (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole) are both good dewormers. Valbazen is better to use for molting hens since Safeguard can affect the feathers as they’re growing in.

Dosage for Safeguard is 0.23ml per pound of weight. You can give it once and repeat again in 10 days to treat for roundworms only, or for 5 days in a row to get everything but tapeworms.
Dosage for Valbazen is 0.08ml per pound of weight. Give it one time, and repeat again in 10 days. That should get most worms.
Of course, these have to be given orally to each individual bird.
This is the liquid Safeguard? I have horses, so I’m more familiar with the paste.
