How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got 8 eggs yesterday and Mr. Snek got 2. 7 today, so I suspect Mrs. Snek is around and claiming her share.

Each day when I collect eggs from my hens, it always feel like Christmas again...a present each day.

The girls want to get this over and done with so that they can go out to dig for worms in the rain.

My Golden Laced Wyandotte is eyeing the nestbox, her face is looking redder every day......she will be laying egg again very soon.....about time, her rent is due and in arrears

I'm blessed and pleased! The past week: 15 eggs for 5 days in a row, then 14 yesterday and today. 103 eggs in 7 days with 17 hens! Some of the hens are said to lay 4 a week, nah baby naw. Spoiled happy hens lay more.
Now, I don't expect this to be every week. We usually are gifted 98ish a week.
