Without a rooster, how will you get chicks from her eggs?

16 eggs today. Found a soft egg and a weird bit of membrane from another.

Could be several different things, depending on if it’s a wrinkled egg or a corrugated egg. Stress, defective shell gland and infectious bronchitis are the causes of a wrinkled egg (#12 in article), and a whole slew of things for the corrugated (#13).
