How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got 1. There's a broken egg on top of the nest box. I've been having a hard time with the mice so it was probably a mouse that tried to take off with it and then broke it. Grrr mice

2 eggs
1 from Nuz who laid before Red this time. Red was trying to nest hog and I think she scratched up Nuzzer's egg long before she even laid hers!

Daughter said that she looked and saw both in the box and someone was growling! Now we don't yet know what a growl is but a growl was assumed.

1 speckled egg today, from Brelly

(10/4) 4. 3 duck and 1 standard chicken.

(10/5) 5 collected. 2 duck, 2 bantam. Got 1 standard chicken egg, but 2 laid and one of them was broken.

(10/6) 4 today. 3 duck and 1 standard chicken.

I did it, these are the first three for the collection. Should have been 4 as there were a couple dark olive eggs that had blue spots but as I went through the cartons it seems those ones were already taken by family. There should be more from that hen… hopefully. Now to decide how to display them.

Dove laid mid day, then Red laid in the afternoon.
I guess it will soon be Red's second day off. She is a machine!
