Got 2 today! One girl keeps kicking her own eggs out of the nest, and another girl (production line Rhode Island Red) tried to go broody! What a day haha

Another egg! Finally, after fifteen months of thin-shelled, no shelled and no eggs, I think my big girls are back on track!

It’s like a pillow factory exploded in the barn, but it’s good the girls are taking a break.

(10/22) Got 3 but 4 laid. 2 duck, and 2 standard chicken. One of the chicken eggs was broken.

(10/23) 6! 4 duck and 2 bantam.

I got 6 yesterday! I have 5 adult hens and 6 younger hens that are just starting to lay. Hopefully get more little ones today

With all the older girls I have here I don’t expect to be getting lots of eggs going forward.
