Slacking!!!! I am averaging 1 egg a day from 12 hens. I had to buy eggs for the first time in three years. I didn't start supplementing light on time and they shut down!!!

13/23 still just hanging at 50%, still could be worse. They could be eating the same amount of feed and not laying at all, huh.

I think 2/10 but I was so late checking the coop and everyone was in bed trying to sleep. I will have double check in the am.

Does anyone else keep a log on egg production? I count and weigh every egg, every day. I use these numbers to tell me if something may be wrong as I compare them to previous months and years. For example... Last month in a yard of year one birds, 297 eggs. 31 days. 14 birds. That's .68 which in on track for me. So far this month those same birds are on track for a .74!
