How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

2 today. First time we've had two in one day and the first time my DH got to collect them. One is very small, I think it's our BR's first.

6 in the basket..out of 9 layers... make that 8 layers bc i think my new broody

stole a few from this morning

she had 11 last night and has 13?? now.. she wont let me see! i need to move her out, she is in everyones fave nest... i put a new one in a few days ago in front of the broody to try to get the girls to lay in there instead of with my egg thief and finally today we had 1 in there! they are catching on!!

i was able to get 4 away from her yesterday....but i will take an egg loss bc we are going to have chicks!

let the countdown begin!!

4 out of 7 this crazy weather is slowing them down, pouring rain all night and then sunshine with cold wind. It gonna freeze tonight since my buff orp is sleeping in the nest. Oh yea and I broke one egg when I got to the kitchen.

But the dog liked it she ask's for them!!!!!
