We got 22 yesterday from our 29 GC's. We've got eggs coming out of our ears because we went off to visit our son, his wife and our two grandkids up in the DC area. Our neighbor took care of the chickens for us for 4 days and he said we got 23, 25, 24, and 22 eggs while we were gone. That's on top of what we've accumulated while I've been off for the past 10 days. We use some and gave away at least another 8 dozen to family and the neighbor who kept the Gals for us while we were gone but I counted 12 dozen eggs in cartons in the chill box when we got back last night. I hope the folks at work haven't made any New Year's resolutions that involve swearing off eggs!!!
