7 eggs out of 8 hens - the most so far since we got them last November. My EE stopped laying for a couple weeks, then today we got a funny little, barely green, slightly bumpy egg dropped on the floor of the coop!

19 today and it was sleeting & snowing today with temps in the upper 20's. Weather forecast calls for single digit lows tonight. The last time the temps were that low the girls laid 24 eggs and 2 days later we set a record of 27. Maybe it will happen again.
