How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Speaking of eggs. Do most folks who see their eggs wash the eggs of not? I have read that washing them opens them up to possible Salmonella contamination. I want to see my extras, about 2 dozon a week. Michael

5 eggs from 18 hens.

They're a little shaken right now. Two nights ago a tree crushed the coop and removed one of them. I'd say any eggs at all is a good thing.

I just checked one more, so 9 total but they were starting to it eat. They were locked in all day due to nasty whether and must of got bored. Free ranging for worms now!!
