Don't know whether it was the extra light into the nest box or the ridiculously large breakfast yesterday, but I just got another egg after nearly a week of nothing.
So, six egg lifetime total, and egg number five will have company in the saute pan for basted eggs.
Must be one of the two oldest hens (mid June) although I have two more hens that are only one week younger than the first two.
At some point the other eight hens that are now 10 weeks will start laying. I'm guessing springtime.

So that's why the Three Thugs (Katharina Duck's the three boys from last year) have developed into such a PITA! - Erpelchen Drake, their father has definitely some Saxony genes, but he turned 180° and is now a good boy, even helping Limpy out when the Thugs try to rape him… Well the Roman's had reasons why they called the Saxons Barbarians…
