What the flan or the goose egg - or the flan made with goose egg?
If i remember correctly (it has been a looong time) the difference in taste between a goose-egg and a good chicken egg was minute. Only that a goose egg is huge.

Just not a fan of flan, it's been a while since I've had it, and forgot that it's too sweet for me. Loooveeee the goose eggs though - been making eggs bene & sunny side BLTs

3 eggs today... although yesterday I got 5 eggs!!!!!!!!! We have 7 hens, and one is sick, and in our house. So 5 eggs is really good.

8 chickens yesterday was the first for 8 eggs ! Even my tiny SS gave me a little perfect egg.
