Sometimes we give them away if we get too many. I have 40 chickens.

I'm hoping our new nesting area works for the ducks. I'm going to check in a little bit to see if it worked or not. It'll prevent the eggs from being so dirty!

We also rearranged the nesting boxes for the chickens so maybe they will use them instead of just 1 of them.

My chickens will stand an wait to use the same nest box their nutty that way. Let us know if it worked.

I used cat litter pales, but we lowered them and anchored them to the floor to see if they'll use them. They weren't using them when they were up a bit higher.

Mine all wait for one nesting box too, it drives me crazy.

Yesterday when we were doing all this work in the coop, our white Cochin Chicken Little laid an egg. She wasn't bothered by the power tools or anything
