How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

3 duck 1 chicken, I have 12 ducks and on a good day only 3-4 eggs I have 14 hens and only my little Cochin bantam is laying

If you have a food pantry around most will take extra eggs

The ones here require you have a license, for food safety . I need a separate egg wash/storage place that’s not my kitchen to get one

I think the only reason I have so many duck eggs is that 4 of mine are brand new layers

What is with my birds? My ducks are pickier than my chickens. Mine will only eat peas. Maybe they just prefer what they find free ranging

We are coming on spring and my flock will eat less once the bugs are out. We have 7000 sq ft the free range in that's fenced. Part of the woods is in their run too. My ducks have been eating scrambled eggs since they were little because Pickles had 90 degree bent legs from a deficiency. Only way to get her to get niacin was treats with it out on top

Was thinking about making french toast with Texas toast bread then cutting the middle (I use a mason jar band for a perfect circle) then dropping the egg in. I've done it with pmspiralized potatoes too then dropping the egg in the middle. My family was so quiet eating because they were to busy scarfing it down.

4 for 4 again. The only change was the nest moved about 2 feet for some reason.
