How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

They are new layers, bought last summer. The regular eggs are from my Welsh Harlequin, she's been laying for a week.

I'd give them time. Mine were laying small for about a month

Got a silver one. These are the two I plan on keeping. Depends on what the others look like. Also have a yeller one (don't want it because it'll be white).

I have been consistently getting five from seven birds. I have two that are not laying. They are smaller than the other five. I suspect that their moms were bantams. They get bullied if they go near a nesting box. I am hoping as the weather improves that I can let the bigger ones roam more letting the little ones relax more. I assume that they won't not lay if they are stressed. If that's the case, I hope that it is not causing problems for the little ones.

Husband will pick the 3rd one. They'll be in my house until I bring them to their original owner. Then I'll put my 3 in the shed brooder. Then they can go with the big guys.

I think 5 so far. These are 2 days early they were supposed to hatch on the 12th
