My egg salad is so simple I just mix mayo or salad dressing a smidge of mustard dill pickle relish mix all up with crumbled eggs and enjoy.

We have 2 beagles and they both tore their ACLs (or doggy equivalent). We are so careful about their health too. We always get comments about how not fat they are and we feed them a fish based diet, hiking etc. My first dog was 11 so they said it was just old age (she tore both). This one was probably just an accident .

I haven't although I have thought of it at times. Just being my dh an I we don't use much mayo other than when I make egg salad.

Yeah it would definitely depend on how long it lasted... probably not as long as store bought for sure

I found a mayo that is non gmo since I like to eat that way so I'll just stick with that for now. But making a small amount would work for us. Other than mayo has to last us a good while.

I made omelets this morning, I have to remember to do half the eggs needed when using my girl's eggs. They were HUGE and fluffy. I couldn't finish even half of it.

I have been 2 duck eggs short 2 mornings in a row... means they’ve found a new place to hide. Better go out to the pasture and check the hollow tree stump because I do NOT need ducklings right now
