How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

My 2 chickens are Back to laying now. No ducks yet. My one that was laying just started molting last week and stopped.

We are up north in Washington and our hens started laying too. Our black Astralorp is laying almost one a day. Some of the others are too. We are getting about two eggs a day out of our small flock.

How pretty I need one of those. Congrats. Still waiting for most of mine to start back.

3 eggs this morning! One of them was smaller with a little blood on the shell, but I guess this is normal sometimes when they just start laying.

The ducks have been hiding eggs the last few days. It's much nicer when the eggs are in the shack, but they sure make nice pictures in the yard.

I got 2 new layers today. Top left is a new chicken (broke though ). Bottom left is a new duck.
Actually, the brown egg is only the second I've gotten too.

I actually had 2 duck eggs one laying on top of the bedding one laid right inside their room in the coop buried so I didn’t see it an wasn’t expecting a land mine and stepped on it! Right in the walk way so I am thinking planned

WOW, today we had four eggs when we came home! That's a first for us......

I miss when I got 5 eggs a day out of my 4 ducks, but it seems they're getting old now so not laying every day anymore.
