How many Eggs did you Sell today?

place the fresh eggs in boiling water,boil for 14 minutes,take them out of the boiling water and place in ice water,let the eggs cool in the ice water,I left mine about 10 minutes,then peel,,the shell turns loose so much better

None yet this week, but with cold weather and molting, the girls havent been laying.

Most of my older birds have all been going through super heavy molts recently and still some are molting. I should be getting about 1½ doz eggs a day from them and I have been getting 4-6 eggs a day.

In last 3 days I have sold all together 24 dozens eggs. I get 1.25 to 1.50 a dozen. I still have 7 dozen at home.

How many birds do you have? I sell mine for $3.00 a dozen. Last weekend I sold 20 dozen one day and 19 dozen the next day. Usually I sell 1 to 3 dozen at a time.

Had an all time record for me this week of 5 dozen.

Took them in to work. Everyone is needing them for baking and holiday brunches and such.

Good thing it's the weekend so I can save some up for my own use.
