Great Selling Everyone.........

I havent had any customers stop in for awhile, hummmm wonder where they are

But I'm driving up this Sunday and gonna sell eggs, I'm taking orders now with my FB friends, I'll let ya'll know how many I sell later

I've tried several methods that people have posted here but I just can't get them right even when I follow their instructions to the letter. I've tried timing, ice water, vinegar, salt but if I try to peel an egg less than 3 weeks old it'll turn out to be a mess. But back to the subject at hand, I sold 3 dozen today for $3.00 each. I was 1 egg short of making the fourth dozen but I'll probably have 2 dozen tomorrow to take in to work. My co-workers buy all I can bring in and they're happy to get them.

I sold 2 doz today for $2/doz.

Got an ad on Craigslist and it's bringing me a few new paying customers. My neighbor offered to pay $1/doz, but I think I'm selling them pretty darn cheap at $2/doz!!
BUT the market value here is just low, people want cheap eggs or else they'll just get them at the supermarket. I saw a sign today for "fresh eggs $1.50" about 15 minutes from here.

First post on this forum, I sell all but enough for my family to enjoy. I average a dozen a day from 14 hens and sell 5-6 dozen a week.
