How many Eggs did you Sell today?

sold 1 dozen today and 1 dozen yesterday for 2.00 a dozen.

2 dozen for $3.00 each, and a half dozen for $2.00. One of my lady co-workers only wants 6 eggs at a time. She thinks that our eggs that I sell her once a week in a six pack are the best tasting eggs she's ever had and thinks if she buys a dozen the other six will go stale. I tried to tell her that the eggs she was buying in the store have been out of the chicken for up to six weeks but I guess she couldn't do the math... Oh well, $4.00 a dozen anyone?

How do you determine your prices? I just told people at work $2.50 a dozen and that I'd supply the first carton then they need to keep bringing it back to me to refill.
A coworker told me today that she was paying $3.00 / dozen for organic eggs in the store though.
When she tasted mine today she Tweeted about it on Twitter and said how good it was, that it was the best she'd ever had! Coworkers are lining up now waiting for the girls to lay. I've got 8 leghorns that are about to start laying. Any day now...

1 Dozen today for $3.00. I came in this morning and I had about ten egg cartons piled up next to my door after I complained loudly yesterday that I was going to have to raise my price to $3.50 to cover new cartons. That's all you have to do around here with these cubicle rats is to threaten to disrupt their food supply. That always gets their attention!

PLUS over Easter all my rarely-seen relatives also gave me a bunch of cartons that they had been saving up. I'm swimming in egg cartons right now!!!!
