3 Dozen yesterday, and another 2 dozen today for $3.00/Dz. My Gals are back up to almost 100% production now but I'm really looking forward to getting our next 11 started pullets to make it an even 30 layers. We'll get those next week I believe. Hopefully if they're like the 19 we already have from the same farm (Shooks Poultry in Claremont, NC) they should start laying within 3 to 4 weeks. So by the middle of June we'll be pumping 'em out for my co-workers here. I've been very lucky in that they love the eggs and are willing to almost stand in line to get 'em. I can take in 4 or 5 dozen at a time and they're gone within 30 minutes of me getting to work.

2 Dozen today for $3.00/Dozen. I have orders for 2 more tomorrow which we should make unless our dearly beloved daughter Hurricane Julie blows through and absconds with them behind my back. Last Sunday evening I had set out four dozen to take in the next day and as I was walking through the house to make sure she and the kids had everything I noticed three dozen were missing from the table. I had to search her car while she was trying to back out of the driveway to get 'em back. Egg thief!!! You can pick your friends but you're stuck with your family...
