How many eggs do button quail lay at first time?

I have 2 pairs, and both of my females layed 2 eggs each, and when they hatch should I raise them myself or let parents raise them? Thanks

If healthy the females can lay one egg every 24 hours.
It depends on how bad you want chicks. If you really want them I would gather them for 7 days then incubate them and raise them myself. Buttons are not the best at this...but that said they can and sometimes do hatch and raise young. its up to you to decide.
If you have 14 eggs in 7 days you could expect a 50-60% hatch rate. so 7-10 chicks? DO NOT store in the fridge just in a cool area before incubating.
