how many eggs per day

I have 3 Isa Brown chooks had them for 2 years and only get 2 eggs per day. I was getting 3 per day then about 3/4 months ago started only getting 2 is this normal or is one of the girls not laying??I live in Australia.

Hi, thanks for joining us! High production birds slow down in their egg laying as they age (they usually peak around 2 years of age). I would say what you are seeing is normal.

Welcome to BYC. Sounds like a normal break in the laying cycle. High production birds are have a shorter production longevity.
