All growing doing great from time to time I have one cochin that seems off to itself but next minute up running around so bakers dozen is the true count there..
How is you Mom ?

She is doing alright. She is still very weak. Hopefully, she will start gaining strength soon.

Angel (4 Y/O White Rock) has started moulting. Pretty obvious with white feathers all over the coop this morning.

One green egg today! I haven't shut the coop for the night yet but I don't expect anyone else to lay today.

BF has been blowing leaves into the little yards and the main coop will attach a photo of egg later did get a nice pullet egg may have one more

Anyone want a flock of ungrateful hens? 4 eggs yesterday. 4! I’m having pstd flashbacks to June! Today is 6 so far.

I got a couple of free pumpkins yesterday. Put some in the compost bins. Will freeze some chunks too. Prepped some more green sweet peppers last night so they got the trimmings. I’m running out of freezer space.

Mine is jammed too! I grow these wonderful berries and am too busy to do anything with them in the summer so I keep stuffing them in the freezer. I make jam for Christmas presents so I tell myself I have lots of time to make jam later...
