how many feeders?

I have decided to raise a small flock of three chickens and I have built a coop with a run attached and am just wondering if I need to provide a feeder and a waterer both inside the coop and outside in the run. They will also be allowed to free range in our backyard...when the dog is inside

You could probably just stick with one feeder and waterer setup. I bet the chickens would love a second, though!
