Yes, if you have enough geese for them.
I actually had three ganders and one goose and while they fought at night, they got along fairly well during the day. Geese often pair up, but it's always wise to have more geese than ganders just in case .

It can depend on the gander but two geese per gander is fairly common, though some ganders only prefer one female and others can prefer 3 or more.

Ganders can also be paired with each other of they get along.
