How many fluffy butts?

We are new to the chicken scene and was wondering... How many chicks will a 2'x4' brooder hold? looking to hold 12-15.

I've got a brooder that is 3x2.5x2 feet and we've had that nearly two dozen in it.

When they're young, they're fine with that, but as they grow, they need more space...
