Apparently, three at a time...

The rest just wait their turn.

The Odd Couple. They were brooded together, and they're still young enough to remain buddies. They're always together, with the Guinea hanging out on the side of the pool while Sushi is having a bath.

Thats funny, we had a mallard duckling that was convinced my light brahma hen was his best friend, and the light brahama agreed. hehe. Thats cute.

I like that theres some sense of limitation and order in their little goosey world.

ONLY THREE AT A TIME!

lol!

I really like the fourth picture. So they are able to get into the kiddie pool? I was going to set our pool up tomorrow but didn't think they could get into it.

OH, yeah they can get in it

Not *gracefully*, but they can get it. It may take them a day or two to get used to it, but they'll figure it out

Later (this fall) as they gain body weight you will probably find that they have problems with the larger of the two sizes of kiddy pools, My romans with their relatively short legs never mastered the larger pools without a cement block step.

I'll have to see how the Sebs do with it for sure. The chinese don't have any issues with it at all. One is over a year old, so she's as grown as she's going to get

I used 2 pavers, like you would use for a walkway, one on top of the other for a step. I usually get 3-5 ducks in my baby pool. My lone goose doesn't really use the pool at all.
