How many here are actual backyarders vs. Farmers?

Think I'm a crossover! We do produce agricultural products for sale commercially on a portion of our 40 acres, but we live on just 2 acres with our chickens. So in my heart, I'm a backyarder!

I guess I would qualify as the "farmer." 160 acres corn/soybeans. Only one neighbor within a mile. Horses, goats and lots of chickens with 3 great pyrenees to look after all. Our security officers are happy to just be paid with dogfood!

Backyarder with 6 hens, one dog, and 6 goldfish. (And more squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits (and ugh rats from the neighbor) than you can imagine.

Backyarder on an acre within the city limits, but more than 5 miles away from any business, we have horses, dogs, cats, goats, potbelly pig, sulcata tortoises, bunnies, chickens and a duck.
