I wanted to post some smileys (like a thousand) and wondering how many little images I can fit in each thread posting?

And can the entire thread hold an unlimited amount of images?

I think the limit is 50 images per post and unlimited number per thread.

Ok, maybe something has changed since this Smiley Library post... it seems to have about 90 or so images. I was hoping to fit more than that, but I guess I'll be making lots of posts!

I only counted 30ish images attached to the first post, so I think some are embedded from other posts using the img bbcode.

How can you tell a difference?
They all just look like regular posted images to me.

Oh... I see some duplicates.
So, you're saying that less than 50 were uploaded and some just got duplicated somehow? How do you embed from other posts?

I looked in the editor. Here are the images attached to the post:

The ones using the ATTACH bbcode are the ones that are attached to the post, and the ones using the IMG bbcode are embedded from elsewhere:

That must be something only staff can look at.

bb code is more than I want to deal with...
I'll just be uploading and posting the simple way.
