How many nights a week do you eat chicken?

I cook one of our chickens a week. Usually enough for 2 meals, depending on how many are here for dinner. Next spring I am going to raise twice as many so we can eat more chicken, its our favorite!

At least three times a week depends on how fast the chickens can hide the ones we eat freerange most of the time.

I roast one chicken a week. It gives us 2-3 meals. Then I may bake a half of chicken too later in the week. We also have our own turkey, beef and pork.(the turkey and pork purchased at the 4-H auction at our county fair) So it all gets rotated.

Trying to figure out what to make tonight.....probably left over chicken cassorole and mostachelle (sp?).
