You're so lucky to have a boat! I'm always stuck on the dock.

Oregon really does have awesome outdoor opportunities! I'm going to try clams... but the last time all I ended up with was one cockle...found over a foot under the mud in newport. LOL

Would love to be friends, we pick cockles up off the surface of the sand, no digging necessary, you just need to know where!!! Almost always room on the boat for another for some help with gas........(especially this year, we are scared........). Newport is home away from home.

I really wish I was closer. I love the outdoors but I don't really have anyone here close to go with (plus I burn them out).....

The weekend is coming and I feel it hittin me. My new waders worked at 10 degrees so I am going to try a new stream for some bows and browns.....

Fishing and hunting I do enjoy, I'm waiting for it to warm up so I can fish some more again.. Don't do any "fancy stuff", just largemouth bass, crappie (here called White perch), and catfish/bream. Then mix it up a little between fly fishing/regular.

Love fishing. Down here in east texas we bow hunt for alligator gar. Great fun!

I LOVE fishing....probably just as much as hunting . I lived in Texas for 6 yrs , did the whole lake fishing thing on lake Texoma . Nice stripers there ! I'd rather go bush whacking along the creeks and streams , than sit in a boat trolling . Nothing like getting scratched up and wading/swimming along a river to get to the right hole ! I knew right away that I'd marry my husband when we went on our first date fishing ....it was the best time I'd ever spent with someone ! He still gets mad at me when I out fish him .
