How many of you are Fisherman or Fisherwoman?

I've been interested in bow fishing, I watched it one time where people went on the lake at night spotlighting and shot the invasive species (be it carp, or gar, I believe there were 4-5 types of fish.) I had never heard of it until then, but after seeing it that one time on TV it seems to be becoming more common?

I love to fish. I grew up clamming, crabbing and fishing on Long Island. Now I've gotten into fresh water fishing...it's fun but not as fun as salt water fishing when the snappers are running!

Just for the HALIBUT!
Here's me last year and now I am getting ready for this year!
Another month to go!!!!
Hope you enjoy!!!

Not been but a few times, caught about 3-4 bass one day with my dad. They were little though, only 'bout 12-15 inches probably, one may of been closer to 10 inches. It's not bad though, the pond got low last year and might of only been 5 feet in the deepest part. I started to wonder if there were any fish worth playing with in there.

Went to another pond a week or two before that with the parents and grandparents.. Brought home around 10 bream or so that were maybe 7 inches long and four wide. I caught more than that though with the fly rod, they just weren't anything special really so were thrown back. Couldn't get the catfish to bite, only reason I started playing with the bream.
