How many of you breed to pay for your flocks care?

I'm sold out on Ducks until end of April, eggs and all. Doing so well we switched from commercial feed to non-GMO natural feed and no one was phased by the price change!

How much are you selling them for?

For my support of the chicken hobby I use the following plan:
(1.) 15 full blood welsummer hens and 1 welsummer roo = full blood chicks, pullets, cockrels to sell, along with hatching and eating eggs, most profit here.
(2.) 3 easter eggers and welsummer roo = blue eggs to sell to hatch or eat, plus welsummer x easter egger cross chicks and pullets.
(3.) 5 welsummer x easter egger hens with the easter egger roo = olive eggs, spotted olive eggs and an occ pink and spotted pink eggs produced to sell for hatching or eating.
(4.) 2 standard bronze turkey hens and 1 standard bronze turkey tom = turkey eggs to sell for hatching, turkey poults to sell and turkeys to eat. Not real sure if this has a lot of profit in it so far this is my first season for the turkeys, have people wanting hatching eggs, poults and young ones to eat this fall.
(5.) So all in all the birds have been self supporting as far as feed goes and supplies. Have not made any real money out of my hobby, but I get fresh eggs and meat, along with free bug control and fertilizer, I am entertained by watching the birds. I usualy don;t keep the layers over 2 to 3 years, and cull the flocks in the late part of summer to early fall. Keeping the best layers and best looking birds over the winter. Start incubating around october to March. Rotate the welsummer males between the flocks because they are all from different stock, so I do not have to worry much about the genetics.
(6) The newest project is cross breading for meat and eggs production, in this group I have production red, buff orpington, jersey giant and cornish. These birds are only 5 weeks old, so the project will take a while, have been considering adding an easter egger cross to the mix as those easter egger cross cockrels grow at an amazing rate, just need to add some meat to their body frames.
