i've got three in there as of now, but can it fit more? if i add a run will i be able to fit a larger amount (6+)? i want to know because i have more on the way, due the first week of june. i can and will build a bigger one for them because i KNOW i will have far too many when they hatch. i will still use it as a breeding pen though, i just wanna know how many will be comfortable in there.
it's made COMPLETELY out of scrap materials i found in the yard. wire and all. even the latch on the door and the piece of tarp. buckets, too! the only things that weren't "scrap" were the nails & staples. i myself am pretty proud of it, and the quails seem to like being separated from my 2 and a half month old silver phoenix chicks.
